MP3 beats will be sent via email and WAV beats & stems will be sent via WeTransfer ASAP after I receive payment.

Refunds

No refunds for leased/purchased beats.

Credit

Must credit in title and producer credits of all places you upload to.

Lease renewal

For lease licenses, you must renew the contract when you hit the certain number of streams & units sold (specified above for each license). This does not apply to exclusive licenses.

Copyright

You must NOT register your song with any copyrighting service such as YouTube ContentID - this is only allowed if an exclusive license has been bought.

For leases, I retain copyright for the beat. For exclusive licences, copyright of the beat will go to you - the buyer.

Exclusive offer & licence

You must make a reasonable exclusive offer based on your sales/profit forecast for your song (e.g. if you will plan to do multiple shows, touring, music videos etc, you should offer higher). If an exclusive licence is bought, the beat on YouTube will be marked as [SOLD], I will not allow any more sales/uses, and copyright of the beat will go to you - the buyer. (Note - the beat you would like may have already been used as a lease licence, and these songs would stay active.)

Compliance

Failure to comply with the terms and conditions and the individual specifications of your licence will mean that I have the right to submit a takedown request on the platform/s you have uploaded your song to.
